Bad experience, not raccomanded

Check-in procedure too long and complicated. Room had bad smell of toilet. For changing it, i had to wait that they checked if it was true!!!! Rooms are very small, maybe in the size stated they count the space of toilet and shower that are INSIDE the room. Smart-space furniture very unconfortable. I asked for a map of Seoul, they had only in korean and chinese.

Excellent location and price. Lacks a little soul but beds are very comfortable and rooms spacious.

The toilets have sewage problems causing some smells but seems this is the case in Seoul in general. The staff don't go out of their way to be friendly but they are helpful enough.

The location was perfect.

The location was perfect. Ambiance is cool. ery friendly and helpful staffs. The complimentary coffee and the delicious cookie treat was fantastic in winter weather. Thank you Small House Big Door for making a hotel like this built by heart (from it’s old building history to modern). It was perfect experience as we build our family memories. Glad we found you! Thank you!!!

Excellent location, clean room, and friendly staff.

Excellent location, very close to subway stop. Rooms were spartan, but included all of the necessities, including very soft towels and water boiler. Staff was incredibly helpful in accommodating late check-in.

It would have been nice to have a wash cloth.

Super nice design hotel !

Super cool hotel, super well designed !! Really clean and spacious rooms! Friendly staff and the cafe and bar downstairs is nice ! Would stay again for sure ! Really can’t complain !

The cafe could open a little earlier :-)

A perfect stay in an awesomely designed minimalistic environment.

The bed was incredible! We slept so well. Also the room was so nice, simple and well arranged - with a large closet hiding all that was needed in the bedroom. It was a very relaxing time.

Great service, excellent location, lovely staff.

Checking in was great - there were other people arriving but I wasn't rushed and I was made to feel very welcome. The place has a generous feel - the cookies, free water, excellent coffee on the house all day, nice toiletries, great wi-fi etc etc. It's clear they have really thought through how to give the guests what they need. And I loved all the design details, especially their signature 3-D printing. Every member of staff I met was delightful - from front desk to the bar and restaurant. And the location is excellent.

Maybe the room could do with a lick of paint. It's looking a little tired.

Nice spot in Seoul. Have returned and would recommend.

Clean, highly stylized rooms. Reception staffed until fairly late. Felt tucked away, like a little oasis in Seoul. Location was good for proximity to sights, and pretty easy access to train station (2-3 metro stops away, or very short taxi ride).

Nothing. We have stayed there twice now.

It's a greatly designed hotel in the heart of Seoul!

It's a greatly designed hotel in the heart of Seoul! We really enjoyed our stay there and we're able to find everything we needed. We arrived late and everything was amazingly prepared so that checking in was easy to handle even though the reception was not occupied that late at night. We can definitely recommend!

Muy bien situado.

Muy bien situado. Personal amable y hotel con diseño interesante. Cafetería aceptable y con ambiente.

Poca limpieza de la habitación: hacen la cama pero no friegan a menudo y el aspecto acaba por ser algo sucio (mas teniendo en cuenta que el hotel es todo blanco). También es mejorable el confort de noche si hubiera algo menos de ruido y la calefacción fuera regulable (hace bastante calor)

Personnel agréable et disponible. Ambiance design. Situation géographique centrale qui permet de se déplacer facilement.

Le bistrot n’est malheureusement pas ouvert le weekend. Ma chambre possédait une petite fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur pignon, donc aucune vue, aucune lumière, triste, bien dommage !

le café n'ouvre qu'à 10 h, raté pour le petit déj ! + bruit extérieur des clims environnantes. Unfortunatly, the bar only opens at 10 am !
