Bad experience, not raccomanded
Check-in procedure too long and complicated. Room had bad smell of toilet. For changing it, i had to wait that they checked if it was true!!!! Rooms are very small, maybe in the size stated they count the space of toilet and shower that are INSIDE the room. Smart-space furniture very unconfortable. I asked for a map of Seoul, they had only in korean and chinese.

Excellent location and price. Lacks a little soul but beds are very comfortable and rooms spacious.
The toilets have sewage problems causing some smells but seems this is the case in Seoul in general. The staff don't go out of their way to be friendly but they are helpful enough.

The location was perfect.
The location was perfect. Ambiance is cool. ery friendly and helpful staffs. The complimentary coffee and the delicious cookie treat was fantastic in winter weather. Thank you Small House Big Door for making a hotel like this built by heart (from it’s old building history to modern). It was perfect experience as we build our family memories. Glad we found you! Thank you!!!

Excellent location, clean room, and friendly staff.
Excellent location, very close to subway stop. Rooms were spartan, but included all of the necessities, including very soft towels and water boiler. Staff was incredibly helpful in accommodating late check-in.
It would have been nice to have a wash cloth.
